At Purple Heart Jewelry, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Every item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please review our return and refund policy below..

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damage or manufacturing defect.

  • Products are not returnable for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design/size/colour, or general wear and tear.

2. Replacement Policy

  • If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.

3. Proof Required (Unboxing Video)

The video must clearly show:

  • The package in its unopened condition from all sides.
  • The complete unsealing and unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • The damaged, defective, or incorrect item clearly visible in the video.
  • Please ensure that the video is recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is shown until the product is fully unpacked and inspected.

  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

 

4. Return Process

  • As we do not offer a pickup service, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our return address.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

5. Timelines for Reporting Issues

  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Once approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.
