The video must clearly show:

- The complete unsealing and unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- The damaged, defective, or incorrect item clearly visible in the video.

4. Return Process
- As we do not offer a pickup service, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our return address.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
5. Timelines for Reporting Issues
- Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Once approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.
